Consistency in claims processing
All of my initial claims were processed within a week of me submitting the information which made for a great experience. My recent and largest claim hit a road block that has slowed processing significantly. Had I known that medical records and notes needed to be sent with the claims, I would been doing so after every visit. As it seems the reading of medical records takes a few weeks before decision is made on my claim. My expectations of “ease of claims” has changed.

User friendly and well conceived
Nationwide is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is very friendly and very helpful. I submitted several claims recently and the response was completed on a timely basis. I did not have to wait long and I was reimbursed quickly afterwards.
