Nationwide Really Is On Your Side
I started with Nationwide when my company began offering it. I was hesitant at first, because friends did not provide me with positive information. They were wrong - ANYONE who has a pet needs insurance. Not only has Nationwide provided financial support during some tough illnesses, they are a great resource for information. When I lost my pup the day after Christmas, they send a sympathy card. May not seem like much these days, but they make every effort to make you feel like family!

Disappointed in service
Very disappointed in my recent claims. I spent a great deal of money on our dog's very rare medical condition and did not receive any reimbursement. There wasn't even a code for his diagnosis, how can the claim be turned down?? Poor coverage for expenses.

Amazing service
I was amazed that Remy’s service was even covered. The poor things had several teeth extractions and not only were they covered under his major medical, everything was paid within five days! What a relief because it was not cheap!
