My dog was recently diagnosed with oral melanoma. Trupanion has paid out all claims (including the vaccine and radiation treatments). I chose to do a higher monthly premium to not have a deductible and I am glad I did that. For me it made sense to pay more monthly so that when I needed it, Trupanion would take care of 90%. I have not had any issues with pre-existing conditions because I got Trupanion when my dog was 8 weeks old.

Trupanion has been always great supporter for journey with our boy. There were lots of panic moments when he had to check in to emergency . I was crying out badly while I was explaining the situation to trupanion over the phone. since I was so afraid I am going to loose my boy, I couldnt speak straight but trupanion member patiently listens to our situation support me emotionally to stay strong. Not only financially, Trupanion members are best emotional supporter for pawrents when they are in desparate moments.

So far. I’ve been extremely happy with Trupanion. We have a 9 month old English Bulldog, who has needed to be hospitalized twice in the last 4 months. Submitting claims are very easy and I set up direct deposit to my account, so when claims are payed they go right in. Nothing negative today.

Trupanion is the smartest decision I ever made for BOTH my dogs! Without having pet insurance through Trupanion, I would've had to put my 13-year old Shephard/Greyhound mix down THREE years ago due to the condition and expense of her surgery that day in December 2017. Thank you Trupanion for saving her life and making my life happy <3
