Absolutely Incredible Service
My cat Baby had experienced an issue last May which intern required surgery to save his life. I was concerned as to wheather the cost would be fisable and time was of the essence. Contacted Trupanion and they were on the case asap. They wanted the procedure done immediately and cost wasn't an issue. Since then hes had check ups and another issue and Trupanion there no questions asked. I have to say Baby is doing well thanks to the amazing team at Trupanion. This company truly puts pets first instead of finance and I would and have recommended them to friends etc. If you love your furry little family member as much as I do, don't hesitate to get them covered by Trupanion. Thank you for all you've done , from our family to yours.

Lack of coverage is frustrating
Find it frustrating that coverage of claims get denied due to breed. Feel coverage options and premiums should be offered to cover high risk breeds or conditions pets are born with.

This a bad insurance
This a bad insurance. Double check when you started your insurance. They don’t say anything about $25 that other pet insurance we don’t need to pay and healthy paw pet insurance does. I canceled it because I noticed in my checking account but I did not know anything from them about $25 and the worse, they did not give me my $25 back. Very disappointed with this company.

Best customer service and claims processing
I cannot be more pleased with my coverage and the customer service with Healthy Paws. We have two French mastiffs or Douge de Boudreauxs . These pure breed dogs have had numerous surgeries and events through out their 5 and 6 years, many of which have been life threatening. I cannot express what a comfort it is to be able to tell the vet that we are authorizing any life saving measures and tests needed. Our last event was major abdominal surgery from bloat and torsion. I obtained the vet's notes the next day and uploaded my paid invoice and notes through the easy to use website. My payment was processed within a day or two and funds loaded into my bank. This first class company has never squabbled about a claim, test, or even surgeries that are predisposed to this breed. Our premium even was reduced this year since we had gone a year or so without any claims. When can you ever say your premium was reduced. I highly recommend this company to anyone. You do not ever want to be in a position when you have to choose a vet bill over your fur baby's life.

This is hands down the worst pet…
This is hands down the worst pet insurance on the market. They pretty much cover nothing at all and they quick to deny your claim. I paid $119 a month for the premium platinum coverage and out of four different claims none of them received a reimbursement and the explanation of benefits they sent me was extremely vague and they always said the same thing using the same two codes as the reason for denial. Go with Liberty Mutual and leave Spot to someone who wants to wasted their money. I canceled my policy TODAY!
