Dont waste your money. USE A DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANY
What is the point of giving money to a company for a service they do not provide. Our first claim was rejected citing that it was a "pre-existing injury". Our vet was appalled by this and called them and wrote to them to assure them that it absolutely was not a pre-existing injury. They took a week to "review" our appeal and still decided to reject our claim. How can they think that they know more than our vet??!! At this point it feels as though we are just giving a generous monthly donation to Trupanion. Our dog has been waiting so long now for an operation on her knee that she has injured the other one from putting so much weight on it. Disgusting behaviour from a large multi-national corporation. Edit: to the reply, I emailed one week ago and still not have had a reply
