I got response via email very quickly after I sent in my claim form. I got reimbursement less than 7 days after claim submission. They are really efficient in handling claims.

I highly recommend all pet owners have insurance. This insurance is great because I never have problems with my claims, and they have covered everything for the two cats that have been insured by them.

My policy has excellent coverage and their customer service and follow-up is fantastic 1 There is no betterpet insurance out there and believe me I have tried them all with very disappointing results.

Pets Best Insurance was available through my place of employment at a discounted rate. I signed my 5 year old coohhound lab mix dog up, but I almost didn't since she was always perfectly healthy. Four months later, she developed a limp, and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Pets Best was wonderful to work with and promptly paid all the claims by direct deposit into my checking account (minus my deductible and 20%)usually within 1 week of receiving the claim. They have paid promptly through the initial vet visit, the biopsy, the surgeon, the specialist, the amputation, and now through chemotherapy treatments. This is a very stressful time, and I am so happy that Pets Best has been there to make things a little less stressful. I am able to afford the best car for my dog because of them. Any pets in my future will sure to be covered by their plan.

I've had Healthy Paws insurance for only 3 months, so I wouldn't say I know them inside and out. However, so far I've found them difficult to communicate with. They go days between responding to emails. When they do respond, they don't answer the question I asked. I sent them my dog's records multiple times, they say they don't have them. I'm AMAZED that this is the top ranked company on petinsurancereview.com. At this point I don't know if I should stick it out with them, or try another company....

Trupanion has been a peasure to deal with. Staff is knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions. My claims were handled quickly and professionally and I had my refund in 1 weeks time.
