I have been with Truepanion for over 10 years with both my ragdolls.
I have been with Truepanion for over 10 years with both my ragdolls. Fortunately, they have been quite healthy but on the occasions I needed help, you were there. Over the years, I have recommended you to several friends. I make a point of telling them that I would never forgive myself if I had to have them put down because I could not afford the vet bills. Some people say they put away what they can each month in case of emergency but in many cases, the money gets used for something else or it is not near enough for what they need. In 10 years, the premiums have increased but so have the vet bills. The staff have always been exceptional and the premiums worth every cent and more.

Impressed with Trupanion's service!
I was very impressed with how quickly my claim was received and reviewed - all within 5 minutes. Even before I had left the vet clinic, in fact while I was preparing to pay for the visit, the receptionist informed me that the claim had been approved and my invoice reflected the portion that Trupanion had paid and what I still needed to pay. I truly appreciate your promptness....you took away a worry in a worrisome time. Thank you!!

Trupanion gives peace of mind
My Weimaraner, Hailey, has had a few claims over the years. The most recent is definitely going to end up being the largest as it’s neurological. I have total faith that Trupanion will support us through diagnosis, treatment and recovery. There was Was a couple of problems with being disconnected twice and the computer having some problems but the gentleman at the other end of the line was amazing he apologized he phoned me back and he made me feel valued And that was amazing
