Everyone I've talked to on the phone has been friendly and helpful. I'm praying that my baby's heart murmur treatment will be covered. The rates are a little high, but with a $0 deductible I can't complain.

Devin was very nice .

Devin was very nice . I would be scoring 0 due not to Devins service she was great. Due to my recent 2 claims . You aren't paying me because the bottom page was not visible and the above info was the same that was viewable. I am very displeased with your rules . It's tying up money that I am entitled to . I have contacted Chewy to send another invoice because I am having internet issues and can't resend. This is a very inconvenient time to be so petty when you have the info already. I would definitely never recommend this company
