Very pleased with Healthy Paws
Had this insurance for about three years now for my cat who is now 8 years. He was diagnosed with asthma and has had more than the usual number of vet visits lately. Was wary of pet insurance at the start but very pleased with the service from Healthy Paws. Easy to file claims and the check arrives quickly.

Non Transparent Liars
Pets Best is just like all other insurance companies, they are not transparent and they shamelessly lie. Their business model is to take your premiums and then deny claims. When you call customer service they treat u like an idiot. AVOID!!!

Top-notch coverage and customer service
Our rescue puppy, Emmett, swallowed a squeaker from a toy—classic puppy move—and required emergency GI surgery to remove the foreign body. The surgery and recovery were a success, and Emmett is back to playing with his toys. We give credit for this happy ending to ourselves as pet parents for getting him prompt medical attention; the hospital staff for their excellent care; and, last but not least, Healthy Paws for their excellent customer service. Filing the claim was very straight-forward and we liked getting regular follow-up emails on our claim status. We especially appreciated the supportive and caring notes of concern for Emmett from Healthy Paws. Our claim was processed quickly and we received the reimbursement check within one business week. Nationwide is on your side
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since Duke was 6 months old. I will always have Pet Insurance as long as I have a pet. I also have this insurance on my 2 rescue cats. I have referred my sister in law when she acquired her two Labrador retrievers. I refer Nationwide Pet Insurance to everyone I know and meet!
