Most of my experiences have been good however the current claims that have not totally been submitted have been very trying for me based on inability to coordinate everything and have the diagnosis from the vet etc.
Most of my experiences have been good, however the current claims that have not totally been submitted have been very trying for me based on inability to coordinate everything and have the diagnosis from the vet etc. Because of the time that it takes to get everything together and how long it has taken for the veterinarian to make a diagnosis, one of my claims have been closed which is very frustrating. Additionally I have a very hard time dealing with computers etc so this has been very trying for me.
