Really like Jessica she was friendly.
Really like Jessica she was friendly. I was disappointed in the concept that since my dog has an ear infection in the past that could be rational for declining insurance for allergy testing. During these trying times pet insurance can be a hard payment to justify. I've never made a claim through you or nationwide who I carried before switching. Just wish I could see a benefit for this service pay back.

So glad we bought pet insurance!
Initially, I felt a little silly buying Pet insurance, but over the years, we have had to file many claims for 2 different pets' reoccurring injuries/illnesses. Each and every time, it has gone smoothly and we have received reimbursements so quickly! I'm very disappointed in the decision regarding her dental surgery.
I'm very disappointed in the decision regarding her dental surgery. I don't understand how 2 retained baby teeth can be preexisting. The vet was waiting to see if they would come out on their own. If this is the type of service I will receive I will consider cancelling the insurance.
