I really like your service but I wasn't too pleased that my monthly rate when up for my dog. I just wanted a better understanding of when my rate will change and why. Makes me worried that 5 years from now that I won't be able to afford health insurance for my dog.

Claims are provided quickly and dependably. Our dogs have needed quite a bit of coverage, and Trupanion has paid without trying to change terms or dispute. To be frank, it would be great if human medical insurance were this good!
