Healthy Paws has been nothing but great. My vet forwards the bill to the company, the company replies promptly and a check is in the mail. I couldn't ask for more peace of mind. It makes the cost of a sick or injured pet no longer a concern. While at the vet, I can worry about their wellbeing instead of the cost of the xrays or procedures needed. Also the company itself is so friendly. I get thoughtful emails checking up on my pets a few times a year. I can't think of any human insurance company who actually treats you like a friend. Bottom Line: I'd recommend Healthy Paws to everyone with a pet and a desire to ensure that pet is well taken care of and loved.

Riley my 7yr. old labradoodle swallowed stick fragments & some insoluable sustance on a Sat. & became sick after my vet had closed. I took him to an unfamiliar clinic that was very responsive & caring. He was vomiting continuously which soon turned to blood. He required immediate IV/medicated treatment. They submitted the claim the next day & immediately I received an email stating the claim was being reviewed which was quickly followed by another saying the claim was being taken care of & a payment would be forthcoming. My 8 month old puppy was having what we thought was reverse sneezing, but it came on suddenly and many times a day. She looked so sad and miserable as this happened. We had trouble getting to the bottom of why this was happening so often and so suddenly (it was not an obstruction). She had 4 visits to the vet and a number of diagnostics done to get to the problem and solution. I submitted a claim after each vet visit (all in a month's time!)and Healthy Paws was very quick in emailing me back to say that they were processing my claim. I received each check in less than a week's time. What impressed me also was that Jen, a Customer Care & Claims Manager, emailed me on Christmas Eve to ask how my girl was doing and when I replied that she was spending that morning getting a procedure done, she sent sincere well wishes. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Healthy Paws. Even though I hope to not have to use it again, I feel confident that if I do, we will be taken care of.

We have had PB insurance for the last 8 years for our amazing Riley. When he got lymphoma this summer I knew we had the resources to treat this disease aggressively. this gave us options. His claims were processed within days. I only wish he would have responded better to the treatment, however, we did get 6 more months with a happy dog who was not in pain or suffered much until the last days. For this I am truly grateful to Pets Best.

I love Tupanion! They are quick to respond and cover so much! My Lilly has so many conditions and they even cover 50% of her perscription food. They respond quickly to phone calls and emails and their website is easy to use.

Thank you so much for the quick payment process (made within 1-2 weeks) for my last 3 claims. My young labrador has renal failure which is monitored frequently. Being on a fixed budget it is peace of mind to know that financials are handled quickly.

We were looking at the various pet insurance plans available, Healthy Paws had the most to offer at a reasonable rate. Our vet has submitted claims for us and the response from Healthy Paws was very quick. Any claim that was covered was addressed in a timely manner. We are definately recommending Health Paws to other pet owners.

Our Boxer Mia was in deep trouble. She couldn't hold anything down and had diahhria bad. We got her in to the vet pront when we realized her condition could not get much worse. They operated hours after diagnosing a blocked intestine. The following monday I filled out the appropriate forms and passed them on to our vet clinic. The attending Vet processed the forms immediately and faxed them to Trupanion. We recieved a confirmation of submittal the same day and a follow-up three says later. Within 10 days we recieved a cheque in the mail and the file was closed. The timely resolution to our claim was appreciated, especially during the Christmas holiday season. I have no regrets going with Trupanion as they have delivered what the policy covered.
