More noise in policy than yes's
Our Rogan had a reaction to a tick and flea medication. The vet had to examine him and do blood tests. There was no payment for this . I'm not impressed. Policy is not true medical coverage.i spent 40 years doing claims.The clai process was quick. But the end was not what I expected.

Better than any human insurance!
Healthypaws is far more efficient and transparent than any human health insurance I've ever had. Reimbursement is as simple as scanning and uploading your bill. They keep you apprised every step of the way and offer excellent communication and feedback. My dog recently needed two surgeries on his eye and approval and payment were prompt and explained at every step. They even offer direct deposit! I have been talking them up to my friends who have recently adopted dogs and cats as they really are a wonderful service.

We are always impressed by how fast…
We are always impressed by how fast Healthy Paws processes our claims. Our puppy unfortunately injured his ligament and needs chronic anti-inflammatory meds and injections. Healthy Paws reimburses all our claims in ~3 days, so we never have any financial concerns. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Horrible!
Horrible!! It took them four months to process my claims, I had four of them and then they denied all four claims saying may dog had preexisting condition, which he didn’t. He hadn’t even been sick for three years. They also say they look back 180 days which is a lie. They requested records all the way back three years prior! They charged me premiums and denied all claims. Don’t waste your money with this place, total scam!

Will never use another company for Pet Insurance
We've had policies on our dogs for several years now, and have had an extremely positive experience w/HealthyPaws. Most recently, our 11-year-old pup was diagnosed with liver cancer, very unexpectedly. His claims for diagnostics, surgery, and hospitalization were all covered quickly and without a fight. It's a comfort knowing that we found a company that stands behind their policy and allows us to focus on getting and keeping our beloved fur-babies if something unexpected happens.
