The customer service reps are friendly and helpful when I need to call and the new online format of submitting a claim has made the whole process easier and quicker.

The customer service reps are friendly and helpful when I need to call and the new online format of submitting a claim has made the whole process easier and quicker. We have never had an issue with a claim being rejected but our premium has gone up every year for the past 11 years to almost triple the original premium. That said, it's worth the price for our dog's health and if we were to ever have another pet, I wod get pet insurance again.
