Have had the insurance for a few months…
Have had the insurance for a few months very happy with the customer service but not very happy with the turnover time for claims I understand there is a backlog but when you put in 3 claims and you still haven't received payment back for one not too happy about that. Have had pet insurance previously and was reimbursed Max 2 weeks. Unable to proceed with another test because I'm still have about $1500 out there floating around. Otherwise the customer service people are very nice

For many years I felt comfortable and confident having Pets Best. I understand that rates go up based upon your dogs age, but this last increase is exorbitant. The rates have steadily increased over the past 5 years which I find to be unfair since I have been a devoted member to pets best. In our current climate of a global pandemic where many are out of work, zero consideration was given to the circumstances.

Grateful for ASPCA
I've had so many pets in my lifetime, but never opted for pet insurance. Last year, after a few years without a pet, we got a pure-breed and I decided to get him insurance "just in case...". I looked into various companies, and asked our veterinarian for recommendations - they lead me to ASPCA. I signed our boy up assuming we'd rarely, if ever, need it; but my goodness I am so glad we did, and all the more glad we went with ASPCA. Although the processing time has been slow, yes, they have accurately honored all the claims I have submitted which has provided great relief. I had called customer service regarding my first claim, and the gentleman that took my call was SO nice and helpful - I truly appreciated his demeanor and the insight he was able to share at that time. These are unprecedented times all around, and the crisis that our little guy has endured has been harrowing; but through proper care for him coupled with efficient insurance through ASPCA, we're able to breath a bit and say "thank you."

I never write reviews and I have never gotten pet insurance before; I decided to write this review because Pets Best has made the whole process unbelievably easy. They are responsive and helpful. I have called the on-call vet and had a great telehealth experience, submitting bills very easy and receiving reimbursement has been relatively quick. Highly recommend Pets Best Health Insurance.

Get Healthy Paws pet insurance!
My nearly 2 year old previously healthy dog suddenly developed seizures and required an ER visit, an ER to hospital transfer, 3 nights in the neuro ICU, a brain MRI, spinal tap, and was started on a steroid pulse and lifetime of anti-seizure medications. Needless to say, this was an extremely stressful time as I worried about his health, prognosis, and financial strain. Healthy Paws really came through for us. Submitting the claims via the app was simple, clear, and painless. They worked on the claims within a few days and provided reimbursement quickly. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have Healthy Paws pet insurance so that I wouldn't have to be in a position of compromising my dog's health because I wasn't sure if I could foot the bill. In addition, after his discharge, Healthy Paws reached out to check in on how my dog was doing. I replied back that I was having a hard time getting one bill reimbursed and the customer rep took the initiative to speak with claims to research why - then provided me a reason, and then followed up to make sure things were settled. I am so grateful. You can't ask for a better company to care for your dog and you.

Good Experience
Just started a few weeks ago and my puppy Jack had some shots due. I submitted the claim by snapping a photo of the paid invoice on the app and a couple of weeks later got the direct deposit paid very pleased.
