Customer support is great and if there is a problem, everything gets rectified. Also, it's great that any chronic issues are almost paid for life once deductible met. (just wish exams were covered)

I am a new customer and just had our first emergency pet experience. So far I am very impressed. I am about to file my first claim, but so far, everything feels very professional. The chat function online was super easy to use to get answers on how to file a claim and the form is straightforward and you can just email everything for faster processing.

Healthy Paws is Awesome
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been very helpful. I've been a customer for a couple year, but never had to use it til recently. The process was quick and easy - the phone app is so helpful and the reimbursement was super fast, as well. When a pet isn't feeling well, it helps when the insurance company is easy to work with.

I purchased pet insurance with Healthy Paws a couple years ago. Having always has pets, I never had pet insurance. Only after losing 2 pets did I see the benefits of having pet insurance. I have never had to file a claim til recently and it was so easy. The phone app makes it so quick and easy, it literally took a matter of minutes to complete. Within a week, the reimbursement was mailed to me - that time included them verifying with the doctor, etc... They even checked up to see how my dog was doing which was very thoughtful.
