Very Expediant Turn Around
Received my refund in a very expeditious time frame. No problems. It went directly to my checking account via direct deposit. All I have to do is take my cats to the vet, pay for services received, send the bill to claim department and receive my refund a couple of days later.

Spot is a great pet insurance company!
I am so glad I went with Spot Pet Insurance. In the first month of having the insurance our 7 month old Basset hound had to be spayed and then she accidently ate a needle with thread. She required emergency surgery. Spot was so easy to file a claim and they completed our claim in one week with a reimbursement to our checking account. I highly recommend this company!
