Thankful and grateful …
Having Spot has literally saved my Rotti's life ! He had urinary problem ; took him to our vet and we found out his situation was more serious then we could have ever imagined. He had xrays and tests and turned out he needed the help of a specialist ,he had over 100 bladder stones .We would have sold everything to save him ; his surgery and care was almost $8000 by grace of God we had Spot. We of course paid the bill and his coverage guaranteed 80% of that monies back .I will never go without Spot to cover all my furbabies needs.

Poor service, follow up and communication.
Poor service, no communication, lack of updates and responses to customer inquiries. Lies about turnaround time on claims: long waits on reimbursement after submitting invoices and vet records multiple times. Cannot recommend!!!!

We adopted 2, 13 month old kittens (bonded brothers) and one was the "runt of the litter". The bigger one fell off a desk backwards onto a glass compote, breaking one vertebrae and cracking another. Fortunately he was able to walk, and didn't lose any functions. He did have to "crated" for 8 weeks to limit his mobility and heal. They both have had asthma issues, the little guy more so and more often. We are thankful that we have had coverage that actually pays for 80% of the emergency room and Vet bills.

Not Great Experience
At this time, I am waiting on a claim, and so far it is not going well. I am having trouble getting hold of anyone in the claim department, no one responds to my emails or updates anything on their site. I’ve had my vets send vet records multiple times, Embrace still says waiting on medical history. When I finally get hold of a human being- they say it could be a MONTH for them to process the claim after going through the pet’s history!!! All this , after I was told they had a fast turn around and usually reimbursement happened within 48hours. So, either their representative lied to me or they think they can get away with poor communication and service because pet insurance is needed. Never again. I can and will be looking for other coverage.

The app is easy to use
The app is easy to use and I get reimbursed in a timely manner with explanation of what is covered and what is not covered. The reimbursement goes right into my bank account which makes it convenient.

Broken website - won't fix
Their website has been broken since I signed up many months ago and they know about it. I have to do all communication through emails. This is not a good look in 2026 and makes me seriously consider switching to a more reputable pet insurance company.

Applied weeks ago and still haven’t been approved?! Why does it take this long for a simple pet insurance application? I didn’t even know you needed to review something for a getting insurance for an animal. Are they doing a background check on my entire life history?
