You must be patient and determined
Every single claim i have ever submitted has required multiple times of contacting customer service to gey resolution. There is also an error within their system that defaults the claim under my other pets name, which then causes the claim to be denied. Multiple reps have told me it shouldnt matter because both pets are covered under the plan, but it DOES. In fact, 7 times it caused the claim to be denied. Perhaps the team processing the claim needs to be better informed.

Very slow process
Have seen the requested documents multiple times and I still get a email requesting the documents. My vet has sent the documents and have gotten a return fax saying confirming they received the documents. So im lost on what to do. Said it would take a month for the first claim but it's been almost 5 months

Zeny
Zeny, a healthy Jindo dog, suddenly began suffering from seizures when she turned four, requiring four emergency visits over the course of seven months. These situations were quite distressing, and each visit cost over $800; Spot Pet Insurance covered a portion of the expenses. Most recently, she had to go to the emergency clinic again due to a leg injury; the bill came to $641.73, and I received a check for $440.59 from Spot Insurance. I’m glad I signed up with Spot Insurance; they are highly trustworthy, kind, and responsible.
