Easiest Peace of Mind
Nugget was getting beat up by Mother Nature and needed an allergy shot. Popped in my receipt and had a response within 2 days - no payment due back, but chipping away at my deductible just in case. I LOVE the peace of mind this insurance gives me in the event anything unforeseen happens to my lil guy. It's so easy and fast - I recommend to everyone.

I have been a customer for many years and unfortunately, have had several claims for multiple dogs with health issues. The Pets Best process is very easy to file claims and the reimbursements have been fair and very timely. I recommend this pet insurance to many people!

Avoid Pets Best If You Have A Healthy Older Pet
PetsBest basically denied in its entirety, my healthy 5-year-old cat’s annual wellness check. I pay them about $700/yr for a basic AND 90% reimbursement wellness and basic insurance policies; however, of a $190 recently submitted claim, they only reimbursed me $28. Done with throwing my money away!

Quick Claims Processing and Reimbursement
"I had to take my cat to an emergency clinic near my hometown in NJ over a holiday weekend. She then had emergency surgery from her regular vet, then back to emergency clinic for overnight monitoring. Needless to say, I was afraid I might go bankrupt! But I submitted my claims to Pets Best and was surprised how quickly my claims were processed and how quickly I received reimbursement. I am so happy that I signed up for the Accident/Illness option with Pets Best. "
Senior Cat Chronic Conditions
Our cat has reached senior status and has developed some chronic health problems - thyroid, heart arrhythmia, kidney function, ear infections - and he requires a good amount of ongoing veterinary care and medication to maintain a good quality of life. If it weren't for Pets Best I'm not sure we would have been able to medically provide the best care for him, but we feel very confident in his care plan and care team, and thanks to Pets Best we are able to help him enjoy life as a senior cat, which to us is priceless. "I submitted a claim for Tilly that had elevated liver enzymes shown on her recent bloodwork for the Hepato meds the vet provided. She is requesting a follow-up on bloodwork to see if there's any improvement in another month or so when I will submit another claim for that procedure at that time. I was pleased that Pet's Best approved the claim and it went towards our annual deductible."
