The best pet insurance available!
I highly recommend embrace! I’ve had them since my dog was a pup. Customer service from day one was excellent. Claims are simple and refunds are quick. Coverage is excellent!!!

Doubled premium and more than doubled deductible after just one year.
Started my policy when my puppy was less than one year. When it came time for policy renewal (one year later), they raised our premium from $352.81 to $618.65 and deductible from $200 to $500. Needless to say, I'm canceling my policy.

Long waiting period
Takes very long for them to look at all claims (wellness, sickness, injury). Before I got the insurance, I was under the impression that they have fast claims, because that’s what they stated on there website. It says “ Our plans also have the shortest waiting period in the industry ; just 3 days for accidents 14 days for illness and 6 months for cruciate ligaments event". I get my dogs adequan shot for her IVDD every month. And they take 50 days to even look at the claim... I really wished I sticked to another pet insurance. Now I can’t because her condition would be a pre existing condition to other insurance companies. They always use the excuse “sorry for the delay, we have a high volume of claims to look at”... I mean who doesn't?

Our little girl had many medical issues...
Our little girl had many medical issues these past 2 years. Spot was able to cover our claims very quickly. The biggest hurdle we thought we would face was when we moved 3 times in 1 year due to my husband's job. Trying to locate a licensed vet that was covered by Spot was much easier than we anticipated. We were able to give her specialty care these last two years and her doctors were able to improve her quality of life. - Shelly S.

Very Quick and Efficient Process
My Vet Office submits the claim online so I do not have to complete any forms. My claim was submitted and I quickly got an email notification. I was very surprised to receive the payment, in the mail, a couple of days later. A few years ago, it took a long time to receive reimbursement.

Expensive insurance for a pet.
Expensive insurance for a pet. Also my premium goes up every yr regardless if I had a claim or not, and I haven't. $67 a month for 2 yr old dog with no medical history with an $250 deductible is ridiculous plus still have a cost of 10% of the bill. Actually considering cancelling all together.
