Trupanion is a Truly Fine Companion
Over the past nearly 9 years Trupanion has been excellent about processing my many (unfortunately) claims and, especially for an insurance service, very quickly delivering the payouts to me. In addition to that, the Trupanion reps are so personable whether by mail, email, live chat, or on the phone! It is obvious to me that they care and take pride in providing their service. (By the way, this comes from an 80 year old retiree who had a 42 year career as a clinical and community psychologist, having had thousands of contacts with a variety of people and organizations.)

Getting this pet insurance was the smartest decision we made. When the vet didnt claim straight to Trupanion, we got our reimbursement within the week. Then the claims are billed directly and it is easy and fast. They are always in contact with us updating any news. We simply love it.
