The Absolute Best!!!!
You are probably the most efficient insurance company I have ever dealt with. Immediately I get an email that my claim is being processed and then shortly thereafter a check. I do recommend you all the time, I also want to thank you for helping me to take such good care of my dog during these rough times.

Pet Insurance WELL WORTH THE $
As always, I am shocked at how quickly you process the claim and the money shows up in my bank account. This is our 4th dog and I wish I had insurance on all of them, well worth the $. Our doggie has contracted which looks like a lifetime disease of Valley fever and the medicine costs a lot but with insurance we pay 10% after the quick reimbursement. I tell everyone about your company!

Easy and straightforward

Increasing premiums.
Claims miss categorized causing investigation and extra costs. Premium increases from about $35 per month to nearly $80. Will not use trupanion again and considering cancelling.
