I love Trupanion. I Have had it since my dog was a few months old. The ease of claims in incredible. I have referred several people and they have signed up. My vet put the claims into trupanion for me. You cant get any easier than that.

From the time the claim was submitted to receipt of resolution e-mail resolution was about 24 hours! The reimbursement check arrived a few days later. This should be the gold standard for all service industry businesses to strive for. Thanks

My love passed on 3/20 sent in the bills. Received emails all has been paid. My was to who? I didn't get it, the hospital was paid by me for their services. Please let me know what is going on please. I feeling comfortable to use this service when adopting another feline.
