We have had Embrace for well over a year for both of our Cocker Spaniels. Watson was 'fixed' and within the day of submitting the request, we received email notification that our request was being reviewed / processed. A day later, the next email stating we would be reimbursed. Speedy responses are a norm with Embrace! We are extraordinarily happy with their service!

My dog Narra required an ACL and meniscus surgery just months after signing her up with Healthy Paws. No questions we ever asked about this. My fiancé and I could not afford to pay the surgery costs and then be reimbursed so Healthy Paws offered to do a direct pay to the vet for the surgery. Without this as an option Narra would still be in pain and my fiancé and I would still be struggling to figure out how to pay for the surgery. Healthy Paws made it possible for Narra to receive the care she needed. We are forever grateful for their service and wonderfully kind and caring team!! I highly recommend this company. They truly care about the well being of you pets!

I have been with other insurance companies that pretend to cover illnesses and cancer but you have to fight them for every nickle and dime of coverage. Now I can just relax and treat my dog knowing that 90% of treatments will be covered. Thank you Healthy Paws!

I have had Embrace pet insurance for the past 3 years, we just added a second dog to our family and now have insurance for both of them. Embrace makes it very easy to submit claims and the claims are always processed promptly and the refund goes straight into my bank account within days! I love having Embrace because it gives me the piece of mind not to have to worry about unexpected health expenses for my dogs!

it was such a relief to know that as my cats progressed to the end of their lives (my girl was 12 at passing and her twin brother made it to 15), I was able to make decisions based on what was best for them knowing that I would receive financial assistance from their insurance plans. (I do agree with another reviewer though, that the "stacking" of pre-existing conditions is not helpful and I was fortunate that their illnesses happened to be contained within a plan year.) When I finally had to make the "big decision", it was because it was in their best interests, not for financial reasons. Pet insurance helped me make decisions in my pets' best interests, not solely based on financial matters. Also, the customer service reps have always been very kind and helpful and even the euthanasia claim was paid quickly.

We haven’t had pet insurance for any of our pets until we got our puppy, Merlen, this year. We decided to also purchase coverage for Molly, our 5 year old corgi, at the same time. Molly got very sick a few months ago, constantly hacking and regurgitating. She had developed pneumonia and bronchitis with the x-ray showing she had an enlarged esophagus. We had to completely change what she ate, how she ate it, and how she would sleep. The vets noticed her head had become skeletal due to loss of muscle mass. They began several expensive tests to determine what the underlying condition was. Molly’s muscle biopsy alone was $3,000. It was determined she has a condition that results in muscle atrophy, which had gotten so severe that one of her eyes were unable to blink. Molly sees a specialist that monitors her condition and is on daily medication. Molly is doing better and has that twinkle back in her eyes, which blinks again. The cost of this has been close to $6,000. Healthy Paws is quick with reimbursement. It takes less than a week for them to complete processing the claim. They do take an interest in our pets, sending a note asking how Molly is doing. This was the best thing we could have ever done for our babies. They are in the best of care with a wonderful vet and great insurance coverage with a caring insurance company.
