First Time Customer and Very Satisfied.
I'm new to Trupanion and this was my first time sending in a claim. The process was easy, convenient and I received a response promptly. So far, I'm very impressed with Trupanion's customer service, the number of emails I receive to "stay in touch" with me as a customer or right on target. I've had MANY dogs in my life and this is the first puppy that I've gotten health insurance for...I'm glad I did. Thank You --

I submitted my first claim which was smooth with a couple of responses. The only thing I would say negative is that the process took several days to complete. Possibly due to Covid 19

Don't be without Trupanion!
I recommend Trupanion to everyone! The process and coverage is the best. i will never own a dog and not have Trupanion.. The piece of mind knowing they are there if/when a serious issue arises and not having to make a choice because of finances is priceless.
