Monthly payment will change.

On your website you say “We promise to never increase your payments due to your pet aging or just because your pet has been unlucky and has faced some medical issues. That’s our promise - simple and fair.” THAT is very misleading, and I believe it is meant to lead people to believe their rates will never increase (unless they change their deductible). I do not like nor respect a play on words. I believe you should disclose that rates may (will) change, but not because of age or being unlucky. I almost decided to go with another company just for the simple fact of the deceptive play on words. I truly feel there is a better more honest way of advertising this without being so deceiving.
