Very efficient in their entire process
Very efficient in their entire process. I was very surprised at their speed of processing my claim when my furry baby was diagnosed with diabetes and I had to had to settle a huge vet bill. The money was efficiently deposited in my account soon after I had provided SPOT with the bill.

Wow, just great service all the way.
Wow! Very good customer service including all the way through an appeal on a claim, to best understand my policy and the product. I see why SPOT was so highly rated by Forbes and others. Careful attention to detail all the way through from sales, setup, customer service to underwriting, means a well run business thats competitive and a good deal for the customer. Pumpkin has to be the most comprehensive and easiest to deal with pet insurance company out there. I highly recommend them. I was paid 90% of an emergency vet bill ($1500) because we suspected my sweet girl of having signs of pancreatitis.
