We’ve had pumpkin insurance since 2022 We have only used it once since joining until this month as our Yorkie is having a few health issues Pumpkin has been there every step of the way If you don’t think pet insurance is worth the monthly costs believe me when you need it you will be so happy that you have it We submitted the bills and pumpkin explained the payouts after the deductible and we received our checks immediately The staff at pumpkin are so nice Very helpful and are happy to answer any questions we had We are so pleased with our pumpkin plans and highly recommend this company

Spot has been a huge money saver for us, our cat recently had a UTI and was diagnosed with asthma. The process of uploading the bill was as easy as uploading a picture. The App makes it easy even for an old person like me. Spot contacted our Vet and got the background information they needed on our cat and quickly issued us the reimbursements. I recommend Spot for any pet owner who wants to have the confidence of being able to take your pet to the vet when needed without worries of not being able to pay the rent that month.

Endless Delays and Unacceptable Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pets Best. The claims process has been beyond frustrating. Despite multiple vets sending records several times, they continue to claim they “still need documentation.” It feels like a delay tactic rather than an actual review process. Customer service has been unhelpful and repetitive, with no clear answers and no real resolution. Every time I call, I get a different response, and nothing actually moves forward. When you’re dealing with a sick pet and thousands of dollars in vet bills, the last thing you need is constant runaround and poor communication. I purchased insurance for peace of mind, but instead I’ve dealt with stress, delays, and lack of transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
