Excellence Achieved.
I was astounded by how quickly Trupanion responded to the Claims I submitted, via the Vet. They also were fast in answering the Vet's question as to whether the Ultrsound would be covered. In addition, the reimbursement cheque arrived within a week of the claime being submitted...most efficient. Trumpanion did an excellent job, via email, in informing me of the status of my claim.
