Our 14 month old Mastiff was diagnosed with Arthritis. I submitted my claims for the first diagnosis and it took over a month for TruPanion to pay for that claim. However, since then the claim turn around has been much faster. I thank them for helping us with our Young Puppy. She is a joy and we could not do what we do for her without Trupanion

I read about Embrace Insurance on a breed specific forum on the net. Every single person recommended Embrace, and said how wonderful the company is and how kind, and courteous the employees are. Plus the benefits out shine any other company. It is well worth the cost. So far, I have had no issues with my dog, but I have the comfort of knowing that if I do, I will be covered like no other company!

I switched from another pet insurance because Pets Best has better service. I'm completely happy with it. When I get a second dog, I will add her to this plan.

Our male German Shepherd began hyper-salivating and throwing up one Sunday afternoon and we took him to the emergency vet. He was taken in right away because they thought he had GDE, which is fatal if not treated immediately. Fortunately that was ruled out and he was just ill with flu like symptoms. He was treated and we were able to take him home and he is fine! After some confusion over getting his records from our vet to Healthy Paws, the claim was expedited and paid out in an extremely efficient manner. The customer service was friendly, efficient and concerned for our boy. We did a lot of research before we selected Healthy Paws for our two German Shepherds, and we are positive we made the right choice.

He has had a tough start to life and most recently has been very ill with an undiagnosed issue... after lots of patient vets and testing it was discovered that he had an overgrowth of bacteria and ulcers... as well as gastroenteritis.... Trupanion has been amazing in their help with looking after Murphy... I have always been warned to stay away from pet insurance as they make it impossible to get reimbursed but Trupanion has been amazing.. they are caring and dedicated to helping us and our pooch!
