I didn’t expect to get a refund as I didn’t remember that our dog had an eye infection in the past. I’m pleased our vet put the claim though and your records were much more accurate than my memory. I received an email within a day saying I was getting a refund and received the cheque in the mail within ten days. Very good service.

I think Trupanion is basically a rip off given that it doesn’t cover fees to visit the vet to find out what’s wrong.

I think Trupanion is basically a rip off given that it doesn’t cover fees to visit the vet to find out what’s wrong. Also the exclusions on our policy are pretty outrageous. And it’s expensive. We will be cancelling at some point. We also have another policy with a competitor that we like more. But we will eventually self insure.
