Pets Best does a great job keeping me updated on the process of my claim. If it's taking a little bit longer than normal, they e-mail me and inform me of the reason. However, most of the time my claims are processed within a week. Great job the folks at Pets Best are doing

Amanda Mello was amazing
Amanda Mello was amazing! I tried to figure the insurance on the app and it wouldn't work. So, I called, she answered, and I'm SO glad she did! She helped us navigate what was the best plan for our 2 dogs and the best price. I then asked her to contact our daughter in college for her puppy. Amanda did her magic, and now all our family dogs are insured and safe! Thank you Amanda!!!

Great with reimbursement, gets expensive as you use it though
Figo is quick to review claims and provide reimbursements. The claim process is easy, especially with the app. My only complaint is that because we use our insurance for frequent issues, our premium has jumped significantly from year to year. I wish there was more transparency around this formula.

We have been caring for an 11 year old Havanese suffering with diabetes. The disease necessitated bilateral cataract surgery. So, there has been many procedures and medications . Trupanion processed all claims immediately and helped us to keep up Molly's care.
