Claim Process
This was the first time we had filed a claim for our sweet Ava. It was the easiest, most seamless process. The lady we spoke with on the phone was so courteous and helpful and the online process was very smooth. We were amazed at our quickly the claim was settled. We will always have Trupanion for our fur baby!!

Amazing insurance
Final process and payment. However, initial process was somewhat confusing in that we had taken out kitten to a Dr., an after-hours clinic and an emergency hospital. What was unclear is if I was supposed to file by, Dr or date. Which I complicated the process by filing multiple claims. It was ultimately the same health issue and should have filled under 1 (one) claim. Would be helpful to clarify that for newbies.
