In all the years we've had Trupanion every single time we've had a question needed to make a change or put through a claim each person we've spoken to has been super-friendly very helpful compassionate thorough and patient.
In all the years we've had Trupanion, every single time we've had a question, needed to make a change, or put through a claim, each person we've spoken to has been super-friendly, very helpful, compassionate, thorough and patient. Another added bonus, (that you might naturally expect by the nature of the company, but don't often find from many businesses in general) is the obvious overall love for animals the employees all seem to have when we speak with them. It can feel more and more rare with each passing year to deal with someone who exhibits a passion for what they do, but each experience we've had with Trupanion has us recommending them to everyone we know who has FurBabies!

I like the coverage offered, but I did not like that the chat was extremely frustrating to use. I had to click on it multiple times and it still wouldn't let me type to anyone. I finally gave up and called.

I usually do not do reviews however my experience with Emily was fantastic.
I usually do not do reviews, however my experience with Emily was fantastic. I felt as if one of my own family members was walking me through the process after my dog suffered a seizure. Her compassion and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
