Simple and no surprises with Trupanion
There are rarely surprises with a Trupanion claims experience since they make it so easy and clear what is covered and what is not. We have 5 dogs and all of them are on Trupanion. Customer since 2006 and will continue to be!

The Trupanion website & claims process are easy to use & understand. Scan your docs & email the claim - it couldn't be easier. Trupanion immediately acknowledges you claim, sends another email to advise that they're processing the claim and then a final email when the claim & payment are finalized.

Great Claims Process:Premiums Go Up Year
The claims process is very easy and I appreciate how fast my claim was processed. My only problem is that my premiums continue to go UP every year which is making the insurance less affordable. I even have a large deductible. (over $800). With insuring two dogs, it is getting to the point where I may not be able to afford the insurance any longer.
