Keeping it simple

I liked the simplicity of The Spot Pet Plan and the ease to enroll in the Plan . I feel confident that my pet is completely covered for all his medical needs . There is no contract to sign and I can change my plan or cancel at any time .

Great experience

We had the best experience! Our One year old was diagnosed with a heart condition. Which was shocking in itself. But from the first chat I had with the trupanion team, they were so wonderful,caring and extremely knowledgeable! The claims process was very easy and we received our payments quickly! The wonderful team on the chat option always asked how are pup was feeling and sent well wishes. I cannot tell you how much that means to us!
