This is my second claim and hey both have been handled very promptly as well as the kindness and patience with a phone call.

First review, even though I've had Embrace for 5 years. Reason I never reviewed? Because I never had any complaints! I still don't!! I have 3 dogs with varying degrees of problems throughout their life. Most recently a MRI, Neurology Consult and 2 ER visits. Paid as expected and quickly. This isn't counting the other two dogs that have also had varying degrees of issues. Another dog had a MRI last year and also a Neurology consult. My third dog had a biopsy not too long ago..again all went as expected, no surprises no games..seriously couldn't ask for more peace of mind. As my dogs age they continue to provide us the service that we need to give our little guys the care they need to life long and happy lives.

I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have made multiple claims and have always received prompt service. Most recently my Theo had an accident resulting in throat and respiratory difficulties. He needed to be put under anesthesia and kept overnight in the Animal Hospital. During this stressful time I was able to have some piece of mind that I had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to help cover the costs of treatment. I heard back from them within 24-48 hours regarding the approval of my claim. To my surprise I received a follow up email from a Healthy Paws Representative checking on Theo and asking how he was feeling. I was blown away by the personalized customer service provided by this company. Like many others, prior to deciding on a Pet Insurance Company I exhausted myself doing research and reading reviews. I can definitely say that I made the correct choice in going with Healthy Paws. I would recommend them to any Pet Owner. I had a fantastic experience. My dog spent 4 days in the hospital. Since it was quite expensive I was hoping to get payment back from his insurance quickly. I submitted the bills and the turnaround was very quick. The customer service was fantastic. They kept me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely suggest Healthy Paws to anyone.

Our Ella provided us with a $2,000 ER bill after ingesting about 2 cups of raisins. The clinic faxed their records with the claim form, and Embrace paid most of it within two weeks. Amazingly quick, hassle-free and seamless service!

This is the second time this year, our terrior Ralph had surgery, first for a hernia repair and just a week ago for patellar subluxation repair. I am so pleased with Healthy Paws. After I file the claim, I got the check within a week. I have the $250 deductible and pay 20% and it works out very well. I love the personal touch I get from their nice emails checking on my pup. I believe they truly care! I was told they all used to work in a Veterinary office, but when working for Healthy Paws they have no contact with the animals and miss it. So I send pictures of my babies to them and they are very happy to get them. I would recommend them to anyone, and I do to my friends. I'm very happy with them!
