I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY SO COMPASSIONATE AND SO SO GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT MY TWO GIRLS(DOGS). THEY CALLED TO SEE HOW MY GIRL WAS DOING AFTER HER CLAIM WAS FILED. THEY SENT A GET WELL CARD THANKING ME FOR BEING A MEMBER AND MY COMMENTS ABOUT THE INSURANCE. I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND SUCH A MAGNIFICENT COMPANY WITH SUCH FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE ASSOCIATES. EVERYONE SHOULD INVEST IN THIS PET INSURANCE AND BENEFITS ARE FABULOUS. THANK THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!

Just a few lines to say i am thankful for ASPCA, recently had to use it for Scooter, has a caugh, had to have xrays, and am still having issues with his caugh, don't know what else we will have to do for him, so we know how expensive this can be.just glad to know we have this insurance for him.

When I adopted Riley two years ago, a good friend suggested that I get pet insurance. I honestly didn't think I would need it with a such a young dog. Thankfully I signed up with Trupanion, it's turned out to be one of the best decisions for the health of my dog and my pocket book. What I thought was a a leg injury turned out to be severe brain swelling. Luckily Riley is receiving treatment from the best of the best and I don't have to make decisions based on money. I filed his claim and less than a week later, I received approval with a message that the check was in the mail.

Unfortunately, the "illness" for my Yorkie had a limitation on the amount paid on a claim. I was disappointed that PetsBest did not notify me to upgrade my plan to receive more benefit payment for the ongoing illness for my girl, Gigi.

Aspca has been there to help since had my Shih-Apso. They are good to help when you have questions. I would definitely recommend this pet insurance company.

My little maltese poodle was in having his teeth cleaned when the vet noticed he had a tumor on the back of his tongue which I was shocked to hear but I knew he would be ok and that I could depend on getting reimbursed from the ASPCA insurance and I was so surprised they sent me the check so quickly. Also, my little Yorkie mixture twisted his back leg and broke a bone jumping off the couch the wrong way and had to have a cast put on for 8 weeks and quite a few follow up visits. I have been so happy that I made the decision to get insurance with ASPCA - like I said the are "The Best"

Rusty has an ear allergy.He has reached the limit on ear surgery.Dr. Moss thought that that the insurance would pay for the costly pills($200 for 100 pills.He has received 400 pills so far at a total cost of $400 plus exams.)I can't afford the cost of another surgery.Can you reconsider the claim?Or is there an upgrade in insurance that would help? Trupanion has taken care of our 10month old border collie girl and reimbursed our expenses very well. They do take a long time to send out the reimbursement check from the time they e mail you that it's being sent out; but they cover well. Their customer service is great on the telephone too.
