Wellness claim. It was a prompt experience and I appreciated the email that let me know that you received the info I sent you.

Well it all started with my English Cocker Spaniel - Penne deciding to eat one of the cat's toys. She ended up with a bowel obstruction and required emergency surgery late on a Monday night into Tuesday. She sailed through it all beautifully. I picked her up on Thursday and dropped by my vet's office on Friday to provide them with the information for filing my claim with Healthy Paws. They faxed the information and the next day I received an email from Healthy Paws telling me that my claim had been received and was being processed. The following day I received another e-mail telling me that my claim had been processed and approved. I received my check the following Tuesday 14 days after they received the necessary documentation. They even followed up with a very personal e-mail inquiring how Penne was doing after her "belly surgery". I can't say enough good things about this company and have been telling all of my pet owner friends about them. I had a different insurance company with my last dog and was not at all satisfied with them. I did a lot of research before deciding on Healthy Paws and am so happy with my decision.

He's insured by Turpanion 30 days trail and unlucky he's to use within the trail period because my wife give him wrong treat which make him diarrhea and vomiting and has to go to emergency. Claim is easy and fast what I need to do is send a photo of receipt to Turpanion claim email, within 1-2 days I've got reply and get money back within a week. Unfortunately I've to use it again because Pepper jump and broke his front left leg, I sent the receipt to Turpanion again as usual it's fast. I highly recommend Turpanion, not just fast and their representatives are nice and helpful, also wait time is less than 5 mins.

All of the claims I have submitted have been handled quickly and fairly. They have paid what they said they would pay. When one of my dogs died, someone from their management called to see how we were doing. I thought that was very kind of her. She allowed me to share my grief over my lost pet.

A few weeks after I signed up for Healthy Paws, my little kitten ate a rubber band and needed serious surgery and a few overnights in the hospital. It was essential to know that Healthy Paws had my back and allowed me the peace of mind to move forward with whatever my kitten needed (I signed up for the 80% reimbursement plan with a $250 deductible). I submitted my claim on a Wednesday, it was processed on a Thursday, and I received my reimbursement check the following week. There was no quibbling over any items on the list, no unnecessary phone calls, none of that nonsense -- the whole process was easy, handled quickly, and with friendly emails from Healthy Paws staff. It was stressful enough having this sick little kitten, so I'm very grateful that the insurance experience didn't have to be too.

I have 2 dogs covered and am very glad I had the coverage. When my youngest was only about 2 weeks past her waiting period, she had a severe allergic reaction to the organic mosquito control mist I used on my yard which required a very pricey trip to the Animal ER. Claim covered, no questions asked. Love the wellness program for vaccines, heartworm meds, dental care, etc. Did a lot of research before purchasing a policy and they are a little pricier than most, but the things they cover, the speed of claims processing and their great all around customer service is worth it in my opinion. I recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for good pet insurance.
