I highly recommend this insurance for your beloved pet. It has been a blessing to us as we experienced an unexpected diagnosis of lymphoma in our 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd Dog. She is doing well though the costs have been high. I will never have another pet without Embrace!

Embrace was my first experience with Pet Insurance. I didn't think I would need it as soon as I did but i was so glad that I had it. Embrace paid exactly what their policy said they would and they did it in a very fast manner. I hope that I won't need it again but I know for sure that my puppy, Maddy, has the best possible coverage with the BEST Pet Insurance company there is. It was so easy to submit the claim. My Vet faxed in all of the paperwork along with my pre-printed claim forms designed especially for Maddy. Embrace emailed me several times to inform me of the status of the claim, so I was never left wondering what was going on. I am so glad that I chose Embrace and would encourage all Pet owners especially puppy owners to get your pet covered by Embrace.

Trupanion were very quick responding to our claim - they emailed us first to say they had received the claim form and then later to let us know how much we would be reimbursed. By having Trupanion insurance, we know our pet will receive excellent care in a timely fashion. Thank you Trupanion

I recently filed two claims and was extremely surprised and impressed with the quickness of the response to those claims. I was informed when they received the claims. I was informed when the claims were under review. I was informed when the claims were processed and was advised of the amount of my reimbursement. Embrace even emailed me to make sure I received the claims payment. And, all of this was done within a matter of about 10 days. Very impressed!

Our Shih Tzu was diagnosed with renal failure when she was just over a year. Trupanion has made it possible for us to afford the best care to manage her health and give her the quality of life she deserves dispute her diagnosis. They cover what they say they cover and have the best customer service! We recommend Trupanion to everyone!

This policy helps with the bumps, bruises and illnesses, and in general the reimbursements seem fair. It gives us peace of mind that is something big happens we'll be better able to manage.

I bought a standard plus wellness policy for my new puppy based on good reviews, though VPI has always been ok for my other dogs. Took him for his initial visit, but they wouldn't cover the wellness visit because the vet found an ear infection. So, don't expect them to cover any well visits if your vet actually FINDS something! Anyway, they did not hassle me when I complained and asked to cancel.

I've had my puppy 6 weeks now and turned in three claims already which they responded to immediately!
