Bird mom loving Nationwide pet insurance!
I love Nationwide pet insurance. When my budgie broke his leg, the vet bill was over $1000. Nationwide covered a good chunk of it and was prompt with reimbursing me. I got my money back for the policy several times over—totally worth it. I just added another bird to my policy today, making her my 4th bird covered under Nationwide. They also cover wellness, which I love! And Jeremy (the Nationwide guy who helped me enroll my bird today) just informed me that there is vet telecare available 24 hours a day. I couldn’t be more pleased with Nationwide, their coverage, and their service. So grateful for the peace of mind they give me with my babies!

I have MetLife Pet Insurance for three older pets
I have MetLife Pet Insurance for three of my older pets. My 13 year old dog was recently hospitalized for Irritable Bowel Disease and mild pancreatitis. I also lost my job two months ago. Sophie needed special food and meds, in addition to the hospitalization. MetLife processed my claims quickly and sent the reimbursement to my checking account via Zelle. It was fast and easy! I so appreciate that I bought pet insurance with them. In the meantime, Sophie is doing great now!

Absolutely Disgraceful
I'm a disabled veteran that only used Embrace because USAA endorses it. These people refused to process the claim to put my service dog to rest. It was her 3rd claim ever. This company gladly took tens of thousands of dollars from me over years with no claims then refused to acknowledge or even process the 3rd and final claim that would have resulted in a few hundred bucks of reimbursement. I would never in a million years send another dime to this company or refer them business.
