Get Healthy Paws insurance for peace of mind!
Our dog Tofu recently underwent surgery for an intestinal obstruction. His recovery was complicated and we were very worried about him pulling through. The stress of taking care of Tofu was difficult enough; at least we didn't have to worry about the high medical expenses thanks to the excellent coverage we have through Healthy Paws. Trupanion processed my claim within days and reimbursed 90% per our plan.
Trupanion has been supporting us through this stressful time. Not sure what the problem was a few months ago, but very happy they are back on track. Would recommend to all fur baby parents.

False advertising and dishonest.
I purchased insurance for our dog & our daughters dog. When it came time to actually use the insurance in both cases after weeks of processing we were told that both dogs had pre existing conditions which was not true. In both cases they paid out very little if anything for our claims. I / we find them very dishonest to deal with. Will never buy insurance from them again. Buyer beware !
