We still think that some of the preventative visits, & medicines should be covered. Went in w/ another itchy ear, infection, & only a portion of the rcurring itchy was covered & the medicine for the infection was denied

So now that my cat is near death, I'm just not willing to spend another $500 without help from you when she is going to die anyway. Sounds cruel, but I gotta eat. I've paid you over $3000 in the past 3 years and been unable to get anything back because of the deductible.

Absolutely incredible as always! so quick and efficient. You never want to see anything happen to your pet, but when the unfortunate event happens, I know we are in great hands with Trupanion. Very quick response and turn around times and a savior for what they covered for us. Would highly recommend!
