We are so sad to report that the first time needing your help you threw us to the curb. You delayed the claim by requesting the same paperwork over, and over. Josh got involved, and it got worse. He was requesting paperwork from a vet, he had, and a vet we left. Than finely I called, and told you I was going to sue you for fraud, and then Chris got the claim processed. We are going after all past premiums paid to you by us for the other 3 dogs. We have been advised that we are in title to a full refund. My husbands attorney is for the LA Dodgers. We paid you over $131.00 a month, and all you owed was $120.00 very sad what you did to us.

Trupanion has always gone above and beyond when it comes to the care of my Akita, Panda. He suffers from degenerative bone disease and Trupanion has been nothing less than spectacular with his care. I recommend them all the time to anyone who's looking for great pet insurance.

I have health insurance for my family why wouldn't I have it for our puppy too?It is fast and easy my vet files the claim and I wait to get paid.

I insured my 3 month old rescue thinking we would try it for a year and see how it went. Well, I've had him for 7 months, reached my deductible on 3 separate issues and he has had elbow surgery already. Trupanion has been EXCELLENT! They have paid quickly and without hassle and they have allowed me to care for Jack without having to worry excessively about the financial part of his care.
