Quick Reimbursemen

After my last dog, I decided to get pet insurance as soon as I got my new dog. I checked out several companies and liked Embrace's options the best. I signed up for the medical and the wellness options. The wellness portion definitely pays for itself every year, with the annual physicals and vaccinations, etc. The medical portion I've fortunately not had any catastrophes yet, but on the illnesses that have taken me to the vet, I get a partial refund on most. Obviously the real reason is in case she needs surgery or something else major. So all in all, I'm very happy with Embrace.

Couldn't be happier.

I am so happy that I signed my three dogs up with Pets Best insurance. I submitted a claim for my dog Dante for an ongoing skin condition. Pets Best customer service encourage me to submit all claims pertaining to that condition for review. The claims covered a period of several months. During the process they were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was amazed at how quickly the claims were processed and the direct deposit was received at my bank. Thank you Pets Best!! I have recommended your services to several others because of the awesome service provided.

No complaints - Happy Customer

Our vet handles our billing so those items that are covered we have been paid quickly. I have never had pet insurance before so I don't have anything to compare it to but we are very happy with the coverage.

Our dogs strychnine poisoning

Our dog Polly collapsed at home and was immediately taken to South AZ Vetinary Hospital she was not expected to live. After 3 days in intensive care we were able to bring her home where she continues to recover.She received excellent care. We were pleased with Embraces' insurance and prompt payment. We have reccomended you to other pet owners.

Wellness Claim

I submitted two wellness claims for my bulldog and bull mastiff and received a response and reimbursement immediately. It is wonderful to be reimbursed for services and products that you would do to keep your pets healthy.

One Satisfied Customer

I am very please with the service I got from Pets Best! My do is almost 8 and I began to worry about her health. She has been healthy and wanted to keep her that way. One might not know what will happen when she gets older, so wanted to protect her and myself as well. I submitted a claim on Monday and on Friday it had been paid. You are AMAZING Pets Best!

Very Satisfied

We have had ASPCA for several years. It's the second pet insurance we have tried. We have been very satisfied with the reimbursements we have received. I would recommend them highly. The customer service has been great too.

NOT HAPPY!

One of my older dogs (11) was out playing in the backyard. He was fine when he came in, that night, limping a little, and by the next day, his back legs were paralyzed. He was put to sleep two days later after discovering he'd ruptured a spinal disc. NOTHING could be done. I have insurance with ASPCA. I BORROWED money to pay the vet bill. With a $100 deductible, they are giving me a little more than 50% back - I am SO upset! It's bad ENOUGH that I lost my dog, and now I don't get most of the $$ I had to spend back? WHY bother with this insurance! When I get a puppy, I will NOT use this insurance! PLUS they are EXTREMELY slow doing the claims!

Constant communication Via email

Well I have an awesome veterianarians office/hosptial (VCA animal hospital) they filed my embrace claim for me and took care of the hassle. Embrace notified me of the claim and I should be receiving my first check soon. My dog is a very healthy, playful, loving and gentle 4month old Labrador!
