I met a lady at a dog park who raved about how thrilled she was with Trupanion. I had very disappointing experience with another company but decided to give it a try. I'm so grateful that I did. When my rottie Molly was less than a year old, she injured her hock. Trupanion has been better than I could imagine in covering her care, including x-rays, MRI, bone scan and artheroscopic surgery. All of her care has been covered, including maintenance of gabapentin, pain meds and adequan. I'm so glad I took that woman's recommendation because it's worth every penny paid in premiums and more. All claims have been handled in a reasonable time. I can think of ONLY good things to say regarding Trupanion.

Our claim was processed within hours and we received payment in just a few days! As well our vet was able to direct bill the insurance so we didn't have to pay out of pocket up front which would have been a huge expense. So thankful to the trupanion team.

I have submitted several claims and EVERY time it has been so easy to do. I get prompt emails with details on my claims and their status. I've received re-imbursement checks within a week of claims being processed. Trupanion makes the process so easy.....I LOVE Trupanion!

Our boxer had two cancerous growths, one on his neck and another on his leg, that we had removed even though it cost over $3,000.00. He's part of the family and we would do the same if it were one of the kids. I emailed the invoice along with the claim form and received a check that covered most of the cost. Very simple and straightforward. Highly recommend Trupanion.
