Overall good experiences over the last 2 years. The app usually makes uploading claims easy. Usually processed within a week or so. The last few claims however it has been really challenging. The app says my photo is too large to upload (but nothing has changed from previously submitted claims). So I’ve had to call to process making it less convenient.

Waste of Money
One day these reviews programs will accept a ZERO stars review. This is the absolute worst insurance policy I have ever had. Every claim was denied nothing fit the requirements and the 2 "wellness" claims that were eventually approved were paid well below the supposed "90%" that the policy shows. Save your money go anywhere else for your pet insurance. Absolute and total garbage. And if you try to "contact" them be prepare to be on hold for hours. Stay away, Stay away

So happy with Pets Best!
Our Boston terrier recently had pneumonia after aspirating on some dog food. It came on really quickly and he got very sick. After an expensive visit to the emergency vet, filing my Pets Best claim was so easy online. They paid the claim as expected and communicated with me throughout the process. I am so happy I got pet insurance for our dog. I would recommend Pets Best to anyone.
