Excellent Customer Service
I'm a new customer with a new puppy, and was nervous about pet insurance. From the get-go, the people that walked me through the process were not only highly professional, but HUMAN and really seem to love pets and love their jobs. I feel very comfortable now!

Although I have only been using Pumpkin insurance for a month, so far they have been wonderful!
I filed a claim for my dogs first check up after we adopted him, and even though this took place prior to his eligibility date, they did reimburse the allowable amount very quickly. The claim that was denied (which was no surprise, I just submitted it to have his records updated), a representative reached out to me to ensure I understood my EOB and offered to follow up with me if I had any questions. I am very pleased with my selection of pet insurance.
