As an attorney in practice for 48 years who dealt with insurance companies daily, I can tell you that not all insurance companies deal in good faith. Trupanion does. They look at all the records, test results and all necessary items and treat my Ruby with fairness and compassion - and their agents are courteous, respectful and cordial.
