I've had ASPCA insurance company for about 3 years now for my dog bongo. We recently added our new puppy Cali to the plan. This is an excellent company.For every accident or illness that bongo had, the reimbursement was almost immediate. The claim process is easy to file. What I love most about this insurance is that they always add a personal touch with the coverage - each time that my dog had surgery or an illness, I've received calls from them a few days later; saying that they are calling to see how he is doing... That wowed me. You don't even get that from medical health insurance companies. Staffs are overly friendly. Just overall phenomenal!

I am very satisfied with my last interaction with Embrace. They sent the claim checks at the full policy amount promptly and it was very easy and smooth. A couple years ago there was a lot longer of a delay to receive my reimbursement, so the service has greatly improved from my experience.

This will be an ongoing claim as we try to stabilize our dogs condition. Trupanion covers his ongoing antihistamines, and vet prescribed supplements and biotics for his immune system. Great company.

This was the second time I asked a hand for PetsPlusUs. The customer care was amazing, again.First time Dora had fallen from the couch and started limping. They were promptly with all the info I needed to have the papers done. This time, Dora was vomiting. I called them on the day after her visit to the vet. Laura (from the call center) helped me to talk with the vet's office to get all the papers correctly filled by the veterinarian. Have to say I'm still learning English, so, I needed her help more than everything. She was patient, careful and passionate. I felt home and this is the best about PetsPlusUs, you have peace of mind. They do their best to not only look after our pets but also to take the best care about us. Thank you again PetsPlusUs. I'm happy to have you all helping us to do the best we can for our Dora.

Trupanion has been an excellent and reliable company to deal with. If it were not for them I could not have afforded to provide my dog the treatment she needed, for which I am very thankful. Trupanion must save many animals which is pretty great for a business to do. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and customers are updated regularly about any issues. Claims are paid quickly.
