I haven’t placed a claim yet.
I haven’t placed a claim yet. Now I need to place one but have to make a change of address to Canada instead of US. I called last week and again yesterday. I’ve been told the issue has been sent to IT and I’m waiting to hear back. I was told they are back logged. I’m waiting for a reply stating that the change has been made before I file a claim for my dog. Everyone on the phone has been nice and helpful. This is my first claim. I’ll be able to better review once it’s done. ??
