Thankful to have Trupanion!
When my dog was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur, I was so grateful to have Trupanion! The customer service rep explained to me how to file a claim and what to expect. I was reimbursed within a couple days for several of the expenses related to his treatment.

Improvements Needed
Redundant filling of information when submitting a claim. Nebulous explanation of benefits. Unclear, unpleasant web site. Rare to find veterinary practices accepting the direct payment from Trupanion.
